Website use

Use these websites lawfully. Do not misuse forms, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with site availability. Website information is general information and may change.

Enquiries and calculator estimates

Submitting an enquiry requests a response; it does not create a service contract. The ROI calculator uses assumptions supplied by you. Results are illustrative estimates of leads, customers, gross revenue and return on ad spend, not profit calculations or guarantees of performance. Verify assumptions before making spending decisions.

Service agreements

Scope, fees, taxes, timelines, deliverables, payment, cancellation, confidentiality and liability are agreed in a written proposal or contract before work begins. Your signed agreement controls if website summaries differ. Existing marketing commitments are described on our performance commitment page.

Cybersecurity engagements

Testing requires written authorisation from the owner or an authorised representative of each asset, an agreed scope and rules of engagement. We do not offer unauthorised testing. An assessment is limited to its scope and testing period; it cannot guarantee that every vulnerability will be found or that future incidents will not occur. Certifications, compliance attestations and remediation are included only if expressly agreed.

Content and external links

Perfect Indian website content and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party logos and marks belong to their owners. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices; linking does not give us control over them.

Privacy and changes

Personal data handling is explained in our privacy and retention policy. We may update these terms by publishing a dated version. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
