Terms & performance commitment
Clear definitions create better partnerships.
A plain-language overview of lead quality, responsibilities and how our continuation commitment works. Your signed proposal controls if terms differ.
Performance commitment
Continuation without additional management fees.
If the agreed valid-lead target is not achieved during the campaign period, Perfect Indian will continue campaign management without additional management fees until the committed target is fulfilled, subject to the agreed media budget and campaign terms.
What counts as a valid lead
A valid lead is a genuine enquiry from a person who matches the agreed geography and audience criteria, submits usable contact details, and expresses interest in the promoted service. Duplicate, spam, fake, irrelevant, outside-criteria or unreachable submissions may be excluded when supported by records.
Shared responsibilities
Perfect Indian manages the agreed campaign scope, measurement and optimisation. The client provides accurate offer information, approvals, access, media funding, timely sales follow-up and lead-status feedback. Delays or material offer changes may affect timing and results.
Commercial terms
Growth plans begin with a 90-day initial commitment and are paid monthly in advance. Planned media allocation is included as stated in the selected plan. GST applies where required. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Important exclusions
The commitment is not a sales, revenue or profit guarantee. Sales outcomes depend on pricing, availability, response speed, sales skill, market conditions and other factors outside campaign management. There is no universal lead-count promise and no money-back commitment.
This page is a commercial summary, not legal advice. The final proposal or service agreement should specify the target, campaign period, media budget, valid-lead criteria and any account-specific conditions.
