Who handles your information

Perfect Indian handles enquiries submitted through these websites. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@perfectindian.in or info@perfectindian.in.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries: your name, email, optional phone and company, industry, budget range and message, so we can respond to your request and discuss a relevant service.
  • ROI submissions: the contact details and message you choose to provide, plus ad spend, cost per lead, close rate, customer value and calculated estimates. These are sent only when you submit the scenario form and agree to the notice. Moving the calculator sliders alone does not email your scenario to us.
  • Free website audits: company name, website, optional industry, primary goal, required email and phone, and the complete generated audit report. After you agree to the notice and submit, the report generator reviews a bounded sample of public pages. Your submitted details and the complete branded PDF report are emailed to info@perfectindian.in so our team can review the request and respond. The report is also available to you on the audit website. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
  • Cybersecurity enquiries: the initial scope or service request you send. Do not submit credentials, confidential findings or third-party personal data through an initial enquiry. A secure exchange method and engagement-specific data handling are agreed before an assessment.
  • Technical data: hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the websites. Our enquiry rate limiter keeps a keyed hash of the connecting IP and an attempt counter for up to 10 minutes; it does not store the raw IP in that counter.
  • Optional analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics processes usage information such as pages visited, device/browser information and approximate region. We do not intentionally send form contents or email addresses as analytics events.

Your choice before submitting

Each enquiry and scenario form describes the information being sent and requires your agreement to processing it for that request. This is separate from optional analytics consent and does not sign you up for promotional email. You can use the calculator and browse service information without submitting personal details. Phone details are optional on the main enquiry and ROI forms and required when requesting a free website audit.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage supports functions such as WordPress administration, security and your privacy preference. Our consent preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Optional Google Analytics scripts remain blocked until you accept analytics; analytics may set cookies such as _ga and related identifiers according to Google's settings. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting after accepting reloads the page to stop optional scripts and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Browser controls can also delete stored data.

The audit site stores the last generated report in session storage to support its report view; you can clear it with New audit or browser storage controls. Audit email and phone details are not saved in that session-storage report. The cyber services and audit sites do not load Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Links to Instagram and other external services only take you to those services when you choose to follow them.

Who receives information

Enquiries and ROI scenarios are delivered by email to the relevant Perfect Indian team inbox. Free website audit details and generated reports go to info@perfectindian.in. Cybersecurity requests go to cyber@perfectindian.in. Hosting, email and security service providers process information to operate these services. The cyber and audit websites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages; DNS and email records use Hostinger services. Google processes optional analytics after consent. These providers may process data in other countries under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal requests or to protect people, services and legal rights.

Retention and deletion

Our website form handler emails your submission and does not create a separate WordPress database record of its contents. Email copies remain in the relevant inbox. Our retention policy is to review routine enquiries, calculator scenarios and free website audit reports and delete them when no longer needed, normally within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant records are retained for the engagement and any applicable accounting, tax, contractual or legal retention period. Security-test evidence has a separate retention period agreed in the engagement.

Audit PDF and data attachments are prepared in a private temporary server directory and removed after the email attempt. Audit submission duplicate-prevention hashes expire after 24 hours; these hashes contain no readable contact details or report. The rate-limiting counter expires after 10 minutes and the browser privacy choice expires after 180 days. Hosting logs, email service logs and backups follow the provider's configured retention and security processes. A deleted record can persist in restricted backups until those backups expire; records needed for a legal obligation or dispute may be retained for that purpose. Inbox and backup deletion requires operational review as well as website controls.

Security measures and limitations

We use HTTPS, validation of form fields, WordPress form tokens, basic submission rate limits and restrictions on framing the website. Access to administrative systems and mailboxes should be limited to authorised people. No transmission, email system or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use an agreed secure channel for sensitive client or security-test material.

Requests, withdrawal and grievances

You can contact support@perfectindian.in to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent or a privacy concern. You may also use info@perfectindian.in. Tell us which enquiry or email address your request relates to; we may ask for proportionate verification without requesting unnecessary identification documents. We review requests in accordance with applicable law, including exceptions for required records. Withdrawal affects future consent-based processing and does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Children and external services

These websites describe business services and are not intended to collect children's personal data. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. External websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We update this dated policy when our website or data handling changes. Engagement-specific confidentiality and retention terms are agreed separately before client work begins.
